I don’t just know the forms, I know the feels.
Real estate is in my blood (my father was a local Realtor for decades) but my true
training began during the most challenging month of my life. Within thirty days, my
father passed away and my mother experienced a sudden health crisis that prevented
her from ever living independently again. Amid profound grief and active caregiving, I
was thrust into the overwhelming logistics of managing years of belongings and selling
their home with no experience. I learned the hard way that a move like this is never just
a transaction: it is an emotional and physical marathon.
A Mission Rooted in Experience
Today, I use that experience to serve families throughout the Portland Metro area. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I help my clients navigate life’s transitions with a strategy that is as steady as it is sophisticated. My goal is two-fold:
1. Proactive Planning: I help long-term homeowners and their adult children create a "Right-Sizing Roadmap." We plan ahead so you can choose your next chapter with intention rather than under pressure.
2. Crisis Partnership: If you are in the middle of an emergent move, I am the partner I wish I had back then. I step in to handle the heavy lifting, the vendor coordination, and the complex paperwork so you can focus on your family.
As someone who specializes in working with seniors, I also enjoy my multigenerational work. It’s a delight to see first-time homebuyers’ excitement when I pass them the keys to their first home or the excitement of teenagers as the family moves up and they get their own bedroom for the first time!
50 Years of Local Perspective
Having lived on both the East and West sides of the Willamette for half a century, I understand the distinct soul of our communities. Whether we are preserving the legacy of a historic Irvington estate or finding a modern sanctuary in Wilsonville, my 50-year Portland perspective ensures you have a neighbor’s insight and an expert’s edge.
The Coffee & Canines Approach
My philosophy is relationship-driven and client-centered. I believe our homes, at their best, are sanctuaries where life happens in all its joys and pains. I’m here to protect that sanctuary, from the time it’s just a dream to the day you sell it! My job isn’t done with a sale, let me be your resource for your homeowner needs through all your homeowner years!
